How do I find the right size?

Measure around your dog’s neck where their collar normally sits, keeping the measuring tape snug but not tight. Compare the measurement with our size guide to find their best fit. Between sizes? We recommend choosing the larger one.

Will my dog’s name fit on the collar?

The number of letters and charms that fit depends on the collar size. Our size guide will show how many pieces fit on each collar, so you can make sure their full look has enough room.

Do the letters and charms stay in place?

Yes. Each letter and charm slides directly over the collar strap for a snug fit. They sit securely against the collar instead of hanging and jingling like a traditional name tag.

Can I change the letters and charms later?

Absolutely. Unbuckle the collar, slide them off, and switch up their look whenever you like. Change the charm, try a different letter style, or create a whole new combination without replacing the collar.

What are Dandie collars made of?

Dandie collars are made with BioThane coated webbing, a plastic side release buckle, a metal D ring, and slide on silicone letters and charms.

BioThane has a strong polyester webbing core covered in a protective TPU or PVC coating. This makes the strap waterproof, durable, odor resistant, and easy to clean. It can handle rain, mud, lake days, and everyday adventures without absorbing water like a traditional fabric collar.

How do I clean my Dandie collar and charms?

Remove the letters and charms, then wash the collar with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Clean the letters and charms separately, rinse everything well, and let the pieces air dry before sliding them back on. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.
