S and M collars hold 5 charms, and L and XL hold 7. The leash holds 5. Every collar and leash comes with 7 charms, so with S and M collars and the leash, you’ll have 2 extras to swap in.

Yes. Our collars and leashes are made of soft, waterproof PVC-coated polyester webbing. The PVC coating has been tested by SGS, an independent lab, against EU REACH, US EPA and California Prop 65 standards, with no detectable lead, cadmium or phthalates. You’ll find a full materials breakdown on each product page. As with any accessory, supervise your pup and don’t let them chew on their gear.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel or let air dry. Make sure all parts are completely dry before storing in a dry place.

Avoid salt water exposure to protect the hardware. If contact occurs, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.

Dandie is a Canadian company. Every set is thoughtfully curated and packed by hand in Canada. Our collars, leashes and charms are made in China by a manufacturing partner verified by SGS, one of the world’s leading inspection companies.

We’ll prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days in Canada and 4 to 9 business days in the US. You’ll receive an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

We currently ship to Canada and the US only.

Yes! We offer free shipping to Canada and the US on orders over $70. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any applicable duties and taxes are included in your checkout total, so there are no additional fees to pay when your order arrives.

Email hello@dandiepet.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is being prepared.

We stand behind everything we sell, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. You can request a return for unused items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or colour, please request a return and place a new order.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact hello@dandiepet.com before arranging a return.

Sign in to your customer account using the email address you used at checkout. We’ll email you a six digit sign in code, so no password is needed.
Open your order and select Return items or Request return.
Select the item(s) you’d like to return, choose a return reason and add any relevant details.
Submit your request. You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it.
We’ll review your request and email you with the next steps. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing anything back.
