Do the charms fall off?
No. They're designed to press in firmly, so they stay put and won't slide around, even on busy walks.
Why 7 charms if my collar fits 5?
Small and medium collars have 5 charm spots. You still get all 7, so you can change the look whenever you want.
Which size should I get?
Measure around your dog's neck and add two fingers of room, then check the size guide.
Can I buy extra charms?
Not yet, but we're working on it. New charms and breeds are coming soon, so join the pack to hear first.
How do I put the charms on?
Each charm has a small round stud on the back that pushes through a hole in the collar.
- Bend the collar slightly so the hole opens up.
- Tilt the charm and push one edge of the stud into the hole first.
- Place the charm face down on a table, with the collar on top.
- Press the collar down firmly until the stud pops through and the charm sits flat.
How do I take the charms off?
- Push the charm to one side so the stud tilts in the hole.
- Bend the collar to open the hole.
- Push the charm out.
How durable is the collar?
The coated strap is water resistant and holds up to everyday adventures. The buckle and D-ring are [metal type], made to last. Like most metal, they may eventually show wear with long exposure to water and weather.
